All reissued garments are upcycled garments made from various old, unwanted, and deadstock materials with imperfections that mark their worth and uniqueness.

Upcycling is a design technique used to redesign various old resources, giving them a new life to be utilized again.


03/ SAFETY

Your safety is our priority.
All garments were delicately washed and disinfected using a UV sterilizer.


RETURN POLICY

You can only return and exchange any item ordered on our official account/s after 24 hrs upon delivery.

Items to be returned must be in their original condition and packaging.

We allow return and exchange for damaged items beyond repair. We do not allow return and exchange if:
  • you changed your mind
  • you found another item elsewhere


To request a return or an exchange, please follow the directions below:

  1. Make sure that the item is in its original condition and packaging.
  2. Send us your proof of the damaged item for our team to assess if you are eligible for return/exchange.
  3. Once our team approves your return and exchange request, you will be asked to fill up our return and exchange form. Failure to send the completed form within 24 hours will forfeit your request.
  4. Contact a courier to return the item to our HQ. The shipment fee shall be shouldered by the client.


NOTE: Since all reissued garments are upcycled, it is expected that some imperfections and marks are present. These are not considered damages.

TO ORDER

  2. Orders will only be processed once proof of payment has been sent to our email or Instagram. Proof of payment sent beyond 6 PM will be processed the next day.

Mode of payment:

  • BPI

  • PNB

  • GCASH

SHIPPING

  • Once we have sent you an order confirmation, our team will book for shipping.

  • Pick up location is in San Pedro, Laguna

  • Payment for shipping shall be shouldered by the client.

  • We ship via LBC/JRS/Lalamove/Grab (Provincial/Metro Manila)

  • Please allow 3-7 business days (Metro Manila) and 7-14 days (provincial) for shipping

  • We only ship via Lalamove or Grab for clients that reside in Laguna, Cavite, and selected areas in Metro Manila.

  • We advise that you open your package in the presence of your courier to confirm if you have received the correct item.

SHIPPING RATE

  • Rate depends on the shipping destination and weight of ordered item/s.

  • Our team will send you the shipping rate upon order confirmation. You may also ask for the estimated shipping rate before placing your order via inquire.af@gmail.com or @alyannaferrer. Kindly provide us your exact address and landmark so we can send you the correct estimation for the shipping rate. Any shared personal information by the client shall be kept confidential by the Alyanna Ferrer Team.


05/ EXCHANGE POLICY

All sold items are final and cannot be refunded for any reason. However, it can be exchanged for another item of the same or lower retail price if it is damaged beyond repair.
